Malaysian Craft Council (MCC) invites audience to interact with two amazing speakers, experts and connoisseurs of the Nusantara textiles and Malay traditional attires-John Ang and Zubaidah Sual. The insightful, deeply passionate collector John, will be speaking on the connection between Champ, Sumatran, Kalimantan & Kelantan textiles and the author of ‘Citra Busana. Tradisional Malaysia. Traditional Costumes of Malaysia’ and activist of Malay Cultural Asset, Zubaidah Sual will talk about ‘Baju Sikap of the Peninsular Malaysia’. Audience will not just be passive viewers to a runaway display. On the contrary, they will be immersed in a journey through time set in a ceremonious, cultural Kelantanese tradition.
