Thrive Talent Tank (popularly known as 3T) is a company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Established in 2015, it was initially created to bring Malaysian freelance artists into the local and international performance circuit with an attached branding and social media arm. The company operates within the concept of empowerment 3T raises the bar of local talents by focusing on facets of live music acts; grooming, financial planning, original material production, performance placement and opportunities.
The company is the brainchild of Malaysian Carnatic musician legend- Sivabalan S.Shanmuga Sundram. He is a mridangam artist graduating from Perbadanan Kesenian dan Kebudayaan (The Temple of Fine Arts, KL) in 1992. As a Malaysian musician, he has had several accolades to his name.
‘Continuance’ Music Performance
‘Continuance’ will be a 90-minute musical presentation showcasing both North and South Indian music traditions. It will feature 40% original Malaysian Indian composed works and 60% original arrangements of well-known pieces. This presentation will showcase a Malaysian line-up of locally trained musicians who have emerged over the years in their respective fields.
