Founded in 1995, Pelita Hati is a commercial art gallery that showcases some of Malaysia’s most prominent contemporary artworks. It was one of the pioneer galleries for new artists.  Located in Bangsar, the gallery is well known for its stimulating exhibitions. By presenting dramatic and thought provocative works of art, Pelita Hati offers visitors unique and exciting experiences. 

Pelita Hati is also recognised as a nurturing ground for artistic talent. The gallery has been continuously involved in the recognition and promotion of emerging talent, creating an awareness of art amongst old and new collectors by showcasing good quality art works and providing a platform for interaction between artists and collectors. Apart from the works of current exhibition, the gallery stocks sculptures, paintings, prints, drawings, ceramics and other artworks of renowned Malaysian artists and other upcoming artists who have tremendous creative talent. 

The gallery aims to promote contemporary art to a broader public. Besides organising exhibitions, Pelita Hati holds art forums, dialogs, and workshops and also has worked with other independent organizations or corporate bodies for the purpose of funding and sponsorship of many Art in Community projects.
